Lake and Boating Committee
The Boating and Lakes Committee monitors the health and well being of the Associations many lakes as well as their safe usage. The committee works with management to provide oversight of shores and wetlands maintenance vendors.

Fining Committee
The Fining Committee is a Statutorily required Committee. The committee meets with property owners who have received a monetary fine for failure to comply with the Governing Documents. The committee is responsible for hearing resident grievances regarding Board sanction fines.

Insurance Committee
The Insurance Committee is the direct liaison with the Association’s insurance broker/agent. The committee reviews the proposed insurance coverages, policy language, and excess insurance coverages available to ensure the proper protections are in place.

The Landscaping Committee serves as the liaison between the Board and the landscaping and tree maintenance vendors. The committee works closely with the Board to maintain the landscaping standards set by the Association, ensuring that the improvements are handled within the budgetary constraints, and in a timely manner.

The Modification Committee is responsible for reviewing resident requests for exterior improvements or alterations. The Committee ensures that modifications comply with the SilverLakes Standards and Guidelines. The Committee is also responsible for reviewing and presenting potential changes to the Standards and Guidelines for Board discussion and approval.

The Rental Screening Committee is responsible for reviewing rental applications and ensuring that the guidelines and restrictions in place are met by all applicants prior to providing an approval to lease a property.
