On-Street Parking Regulations
The SilverLakes Community Association is required to enforce no street parking rules as a result of the application of the State Fire Code and to avoid the imposition of significant fines.
While street parking is prohibited within SilverLakes, Security will make a reasonable attempt to contact any person or entity who leaves a note in the vehicle providing the name, address and telephone number of the person who can immediately remove the vehicle from the street, before writing up a violation. For more information about "On Street" parking regulations and violations, please download the On Street Parking Enforcement Communication. |
Overflow Parking Regulations
19 of the 39 SilverLakes Communities have Overflow Parking available.
A consistent topic of discussion at the SilverLakes Leadership and Board of Directors meetings has been the misuse of the neighborhood Overflow Parking Spaces. Overflow parking spaces are designed to accommodate you and your visitors with short term parking options, and to provide space for vehicles that need to be off the roadway. Please note that enforcement actions such as fining, towing, or any measures granted to the Association for the purposes of ensuring compliance are in effect as of January 1, 2021. It is recommended that you ensure any vehicles parked in any SilverLakes common elements, including the overflow parking areas within each sub-association, are in compliance with Section III of the attached rules and regulations, and the SilverLakes governing documents. For more information about overflow parking and violations, please download the Overflow Parking Information document. |
