I want to rent the Pavilion in SilverLakes Community Park. How Do I do that?
If you are a SilverLakes homeowner and are current with your association payments, you may contact the Pines Property Management office by email or phone to rent the pavilion. The fee is $50.

Are there restrictions regarding the rental of properties?
Yes. Rentals are restricted within SilverLakes. Additionally, they may be further restricted within each of the sub-associations of SilverLakes. All rental requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and more information on Rental Restrictions can be found here.
I am having issues with my neighbor (parking, pets, noise, etc.) - How Do I resolve this?
To the extent that this activity may be in violation of the Association’s governing documents, please report this activity to Pines Property Management directly. Note: Management may require additional documentation to take necessary action.

How can I volunteer with SilverLakes?
SilverLakes is very active in our community, and volunteers at SilverLakes community events are always needed. Please visit our Volunteers page for more information.
Students must be in high school to participate, and can bring their volunteer forms from their schools so volunteer hours can be documented. Students who volunteer at more than 10 events are awarded a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Volunteer Service, signed by the SilverLakes Board of Directors. If you are interested in volunteering, email [email protected].

Architectural Modification
Do I need a permit to paint my house or change my roof?
As a resident of a deed restricted community, all exterior modifications must comply with the Association’s Community Standards and Guidelines. Prior to making any changes, you must submit your request for review by the Association’s Modification Committee. Local City permits may also be required for your modification.
